What began as a modest urgent care service, AVSG Internal Medicine & Emergency/Critical Care has evolved over the years to meet our community's expanding veterinary needs. Responding to increasing demand, we enhanced our capabilities by adding board-certified specialists and emergency vets to our team.
In March 2025, we transformed into a comprehensive 24/7 emergency and critical care facility, with an exceptional team of veterinarians, technicians, and client service representatives dedicated to serving Orange County pets.
We believe in a patient-first approach where collaboration drives exceptional outcomes. Operating within an integrated medical complex, our internal medicine and emergency teams work seamlessly with Veterinary Surgical Specialists of Orange County — the region's largest group of board-certified veterinary surgeons.
This unique arrangement allows us to deliver true comprehensive care to our patients, all under one roof.
