Dr April Summers Dr Amy Vail Didn't catch the name of the staff member who was discharging us but she was amazing and showed so much compassion and empathy when talking to us at discharge Everyone was amazing

We were really worried about our pup. He rarely has health issues, and with his age it was great to get the support of the staff understanding what data was going to be the most important to his health within a budget we could justify. Staff was kind, and caring. We just really appreciated service and care overall.

Dr. Tongo was caring, empathetic knowledgeable, etc. She was super. Staff was great too!

My dog was really sick and they took me in right away. They did a thorough check on him. And give him the care he needed and he was feeling better after his visit

Due to my mind being preoccupied with worrying about my pup I have to say everyone we encountered deserves a thank you from the front counter, the gal walking me through the paperwork, the asst and to the vet on duty. All were kind, friendly and supportive.

The night nurse last Wednesday who has compassionate and sent me the picture of our dog Wrigley was so valuable to us and we felt he was being well taken care of.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my dog in for an emergency after he was injured by another dog, and the care and attentiveness they showed — not only to my pet but to us as well during such a stressful time truly went above and beyond. The communication, cleanliness, prompt care, and the comfort of knowing your pet is in the hands of compassionate and knowledgeable doctors are truly exceptional.

Everybody here is kind and compassionate. We've seen Dr. Wong twice now 2 years apart and she's the best!
