Everyone is nice and caring. Was seen right away.
Caring and sympathetic staff that treates primarily my dog with love, and concern and patience with myself. Although the intern was factual, caring, and very sympathetic, I never spoke with the Dr., Dr. Tan to hear the cardiologists detailed report and her combined report. Dani, the tech who triaged my furbaby, was wonderful. I had to call back after two days of the initial diagnosis and requesting the full notes, to see if the report was ready so I could try to find answers to some questions I hadn't the wherewithal to ask at the appointment and at that time of checking on the report being ready I also requested a call back from the Dr. I understand critical cases come up but I am still waiting two days later after requesting a call from the Dr. to address some of my questions. I was told that report was ready and it would be sent, along with a request for the Dr. to return my call. I prefaced my request by stating to the front desk that this report is time sensitive considering the suspected diagnosis. This time I was speaking with Mariah and she said she thought she had sent and would send again - I received it this time. I did not feel the greatest sympathy from one of the front desk Representatives because I felt she was a little robotic and did not express any concern or sympathy for the terrible diagnosis I had just received. She asked me to come out of the room when I was told I could process payment while in the room and then she could not find my Care Credit information initially. I just wanted to get my baby home. I also want to note that when an owner knows their baby/pet is under stress and they are dealing with a grim prognosis, it is very unnerving and stressful to hear the loud banter and laughing in the back as it seems insensitive to both the anxiety that I was feeling and more importantly what my dog was experiencing already being in a foreign environment with other pets and people he didn't know. Lastly, I know that we decided to move forward with palliative care, however I wasn't given any information about whether I should call for a refill, if that was even something that may be an option. I know it is hard to predict any amount of time left with a dog who had the suspected diagnosis that mine did, but I left not feeling reassured of any further processes and I am still trying to get some very important questions answered while I have him with me.
Availability of appointment and care given by staff.
thanks everyone that took great care of my cat the other night, the doctor was the best !!! even in the phone call before we came, she already gave us critical informations about my cat's symptom!! thank you all AVSG!!
Dr. V and her team were amazing! Knowledge, service and support with pre-surgery testing and guidance in making our decision to move forward with surgery on Stella was so appreciated!
Every person on the team, from intake and meeting with the staff who took Raymond for bloodwork, etc. to the surgeon for his surgery and the emergency surgeon who ended up doing the procedure, as well as the after care team…I am so grateful and knew he was in good hands every step of the way. Thank you for the work you do!
The front desk and all the technicians are very nice and patient.
Dr. Tan has previously saved one of my sweet dog's life. I trust her with all my dogs and her love and caring kindness are a balm to my pain. She is immensely knowledgeable and it feels so good to trust my loved dogs into her care. It is sad, however, that prices have gone up so much.
Dr April Summers Dr Amy Vail Didn't catch the name of the staff member who was discharging us but she was amazing and showed so much compassion and empathy when talking to us at discharge Everyone was amazing
We were really worried about our pup. He rarely has health issues, and with his age it was great to get the support of the staff understanding what data was going to be the most important to his health within a budget we could justify. Staff was kind, and caring. We just really appreciated service and care overall.
