Yes! Dr. Vorathavorn I also wanted to say special thank you to the vet tech/ assistant who interacted with us while we were waiting for the doctor and very kindly and gently helped Lucy get her blood and urine tests. I wish I could remember her name because she was awesome.
The entire staff was professional and polite. The doctor was exceptional in that she explained in detail the medical condition and offered several different treatment options to consider. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt confident that we had agreed on the best course of treatment.
Staff and Dr were very sympathetic and knowledgeable.
Very helpful loving and considerate staff of professionals who nursed our sweet 14 yr old lab back to health.
A la enfermera y doctora, lo lamento no recuerdo sus nombres. Fueron muy atentas y amables

Well maintained property, staff at check-in was courteous & helpful, waiting rooms are clean, patient room also clean and comforting to my dog, Doctor & assistants were knowledgeable, kind and explained everything clearly.
I followed directions and called a day before to see if my pet could be seen for a CT scan. I was told that we could bring him in for the test. My husband drove for an hour only to find out upon getting there that they didn't have anyone to perform the scan on that day, a Sunday. While it's understandable that people call in sick, a call upon finding that information would've been useful, not 45 minutes after the initial call when my husband was driving and 10 minutes away from the facility. The next day my pet was admitted to be treated based on same-day availability. I was initially told it would take "a couple of hours." I returned 2.5 hours later and was told it would still be another "couple of hours." I returned 3 hours later and still had to wait another 45 minutes from the time I saw the doctor and was discharged. Giving a more realistic estimate of treatment time would've been useful and appreciated, especially when not all patients live close to the facility. I'd rather get an overly generous timeframe than one that under estimates treatment. Had I known it would take close to six hours, not "a couple of hours," I would have taken my laptop to work at the local Starbucks. Also, the girl who took the intake information got a couple of points wrong, such as my pet's breed, Chihuahua mix, not Maltese Chihuahua. No idea where she got that information from. Also, when asked what food he ate, I said Just Food for Dogs (the brand) but she translated that as "dry dog food" in the intake form. I was initially told that I'd see the doctor after she completed the echo to confirm my pet with a stage 4-5 heart murmur could get general anesthesia. However, I didn't find out the results of the echo until after the CT scan was done. Clearly, it was safe for my pet to be put under, but it's important for all parties to be on the same page. While those are small details, details matter, especially in case of an emergency. I'd recommend this place for the specialists, but attention to detail is important, especially given the hefty fees for treatment.
Attentive good service, and doctors who took the time to explain everything.
Good quality of care and wait wasn't so bad. The ER vet was thorough with explanation this visit.
