Dr. Cieplucha was very understanding about my dog's condition

My dog had a serious injury. They were able to see her immediately.

The whole staff has been helpful in our quest to figure out what was wrong with our dog, Fletcher. Dr. Vorathavorn listened to our concerns and right away gave us a list of tests to help diagnose the problem. We got an answer right away and was able to get the help Fletcher needs.

The dr was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was gentle and kind to our dog, very through and it was a nice and clean facility.

I believe her name is, Leslie? An awesome technician who listened and took all my information about my dog before taking her into the back room. She was so caring and thorough. She truly understood where I was coming from trying to manage my dog's intense, painful, raw, itching for 9 days after suture removal and 17 straight day's of 87 °. It's just a shame that this could have all been avoided had care been given to her sooner and not scheduled 4 days later. Leslie, lifted my spirits and made me feel seen as a dog parent. Her care and understanding meant the world to me that my dog was safe and in good hands. Words cannot express how grateful I am to you and to all the staff at AVSG. Thank you for your kindness and the care you give to so many animals.

Yes! Dr. Vorathavorn I also wanted to say special thank you to the vet tech/ assistant who interacted with us while we were waiting for the doctor and very kindly and gently helped Lucy get her blood and urine tests. I wish I could remember her name because she was awesome.

The entire staff was professional and polite. The doctor was exceptional in that she explained in detail the medical condition and offered several different treatment options to consider. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt confident that we had agreed on the best course of treatment.

Staff and Dr were very sympathetic and knowledgeable.
