Staff were so kind and helpful.

Dr. V and Rianna were amazing—they really listened, made me feel at ease, and reassured me that my dog would receive the best care. I came to AVSG for a second opinion and couldn't be happier that I did. I appreciated that there was no pressure to do everything at once; instead, they worked with me and let things progress at a pace I was comfortable with.

The staff here truly cares. Not only were they able to save my dogs life due to our vets negligence but they tested my dog as their own. They were very attentive and went above and beyond. Yes, they are pricey but how can you put a price on the life of your beloved pet. My dog had to stay for 5 days post care for an emergent surgery. Staff was great to let us come spend time with our dog around the clock and they never rushed us. I usually spent hours each day with one day being 6 hours. Everyone was understanding and attentive. I hope I never have to bring my dog back here but if I had to I know with confidence they would provide amazing care.

When I took my 14 year old, doggie, Nerona to AVSG she hadn't been eating for 3 weeks I had taken her to Emergency Hospital and to my own vet but even after their care and prognosis she still wasn't eating. My vet suggested I take her to AVSG for an ultrasound AVSG was very welcoming and gave me a quick diagnosis of cancer. They were very sympathetic and told me I could spend a day or two with her before saying goodbye, as she passed to Rainbow 🌈 Heaven. I took her to my vet and was with her as she passed peacefully. There is a hole in my heart but my baby girl is not suffering and at peace ✨️
