The night nurse last Wednesday who has compassionate and sent me the picture of our dog Wrigley was so valuable to us and we felt he was being well taken care of.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my dog in for an emergency after he was injured by another dog, and the care and attentiveness they showed — not only to my pet but to us as well during such a stressful time truly went above and beyond. The communication, cleanliness, prompt care, and the comfort of knowing your pet is in the hands of compassionate and knowledgeable doctors are truly exceptional.

Everybody here is kind and compassionate. We've seen Dr. Wong twice now 2 years apart and she's the best!

The staffs & vet Dr are very nice & kind but I was sitting in an empty room for 4 hours not knowing what is going on after the staff took my dog inside. Also I had to hearing anxious crying over the door for hours that made me anxious. I felt like it would be better to take my dog to urgent care since my dog was not in critical.
