I had to transfer my cat, Belle, to AVSG's Internal Medicine & Urgent Care at 6:00 am after an overnight stay at another emergency pet hospital. Their staff was very professional and quickly checked her in. The staff kept us updated on Belle's medical care. They explained the costs for her care without pressuring us to sign off on every medical test listed on their diagnostic list. I would highly recommend AVSG Internal Medicine & Urgent Care.

The time and care the staff gave Oliver was 2nd to none. It's my opinion that the drs and nurses and techs saved his life'. He was scheduled for boas surgery this week and if i had not brought him in to the er there is a huge possibility he would not have made it through his surgery.

Well, usually at a vet appointment, I can stay with my pet. When they took my cat for "evaluation," it was almost two hours before anyone talked to me. I had to ask for an update.

The actual Dr/Vet was kind, caring and compassionate but I don't think all the services quoted were needed as well as 300% more expensive then what I ended up paying the following day at my vet for the same surgery. That is not including the over night stay that was recommended. It would have cost 5X more! My cat was fine over night with me and didn't need to be hospitalized she was not going to die or anything.

I was greeted at the door and my precious little Ellie was immediately taken in for examination. Her condition was quickly assessed, I was informed of the options, treatment was rendered, I was greatly reassured and, on my way. There were 2 staff members and Dr. Fawley. All very warm and efficient. I would highly recommend AVSG for emergency care.
