The staffs & vet Dr are very nice & kind but I was sitting in an empty room for 4 hours not knowing what is going on after the staff took my dog inside. Also I had to hearing anxious crying over the door for hours that made me anxious. I felt like it would be better to take my dog to urgent care since my dog was not in critical.

The people were great, the continuity of info was great. Super compassionate, vet was attentive, office staff very accommodating and technical staff professional and compassionate. The facility well kept.

I started coming here years ago (seriously…several dogs' lives ago). My dogs have had nothing but the BEST care ever! Each and every time…whether for surgery with Dr. Sebestyen to urgent care for bee stings.
