The staff is great and kept us informed of what was going on or why it was taking so long to be seen. They explained everything they did and instruction for us to follow and you can tell they are concerned for your pet's wellbeing. Great client service care.

Both Love and Dr. Tondo were kind and thorough and I felt like Jake got the best treatment possible for our situation.

The staff was friendly and quickly sent the estimate and payment link. Natasha visited the ER twice in approximately 48 hours. She was hospitalized once. The ER docs called in a timely manner, explained everything clearly and were even sensitive to the financial challenges of a rescue. I received several updates via text which were appreciated.

I believe it was Dr. Summers but I don't recall the assistant. However the assistant was willing to carry my dog to and from the car, he had a hurt leg. She told me he got lots of attention while waiting between procedures.

AVSG and VSS have the most caring staff and veterinarians. They're super organized and actually empathetic unlike many other veterinary hospitals.
