Everyone was equally amazing! However Angela (the vet tech I believe) was incredibly kind. I was a mess at one of the appointments and I remember her just being so empathetic and nice. In general, everyone looked upbeat and happy to work there.

This is the second time one of my dogs has undergone surgery at VSS and both times the customer service was great, we were able to get updates on our dogs and photos while they were in recovery. Both times the surgeries were well performed and the sutures were in great shape afterwards.
