This is the second time one of my dogs has undergone surgery at VSS and both times the customer service was great, we were able to get updates on our dogs and photos while they were in recovery. Both times the surgeries were well performed and the sutures were in great shape afterwards.

I really appreciate everyone there who took care of my dog. The best was that Dr. Walker even called on a Sunday with my dogs pathology report. So kind not to make us wait any longer than we had too.

I feel like everyone involved in my dog's care is knowledgeable, caring, and available. We came to VSS because Casey had serious problems and Dr. Craig and her team treated it that way. They are timely in their care, responsive to our questions, and available in person when we call. They put our minds at rest that they were doing everything possible to help Casey get through his health situations as well as possible. Can't recommend them any more highly than I do.

Everyone was professional, cordial, and the follow up was impressive. I am thankful that folks like this are taking care of our pets. Dr. Kyle was asked many questions by me and was always patient and helpful. This office is unusually impressive.

The facility offers very high quality medical care for my dog. The staff are friendly and the doctors are experts in explaining care options. I felt very comfortable with putting my dogs' medical needs in their hands. I highly recommend this facility a for your pets medical needs.

Care team was very nice. Dr. Came out to speak with me before and after surgery and put me at ease. All follow up appointments were quick and my pup was well taken care of. I was very happy with everyone there. Also cost was reasonable, and they were able to accommodate my request to keep my pup for another day.
