Our surgeon was exceptionally professional and explained the entire injury and surgical plan in layperson's terms so we knew exactly what to expect. What impressed me most was the aftercare—he personally called me after the surgery and reached out both morning and evening after we brought her home to check on her recovery. The entire team—reception, scheduling, and vet techs—is positive, efficient, and deeply caring. They even worked us into their schedule on short notice when a bandage needed changing.
