The Service has been great! All people involved with my dog have been caring and available. Dr. Walker, the team, and every person involved with Sophie's care have given me the time to ask questions (numerous😬) and understand what is happening as well as what needs to be done to insure her best recovery. I feel that my concerns have been taken seriously and have very much appreciated the patience that has been shown me as I worry about my girl! I feel that she has been well cared for, that we both have!😃

I found the Staff to be very professional and caring towards my pet. As well as explaining the procedure to us in a matter that we understood. Having the visuals helped us see what the surgery entailed. The office was super clean, and security entry eased my concerns about an animal escaping.
