The nurse/tech that helped us at the very first appointment (Susie?) and took Zoey this last Saturday for suture removal was wonderful. Caring, friendly and professional. I also spoke to Susie on the phone during Zoey's recovery and she was friendly and had good suggestions for me regarding Zoey's drain care.
