All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my dog in for an emergency after he was injured by another dog, and the care and attentiveness they showed — not only to my pet but to us as well during such a stressful time truly went above and beyond. The communication, cleanliness, prompt care, and the comfort of knowing your pet is in the hands of compassionate and knowledgeable doctors are truly exceptional. They treat so well, providing all the necessary information. Answer all the questions I had while also being understanding of the hard time that one can be going through. Thank you for helping out my Coco from the moment she walked in to finding her blanket later on. the care given; making sure that my baby was well taken care of. This place was great, the continuity of info from previous vet was great. Super compassionate, vet was attentive, office staff very accommodating and technical staff professional and compassionate.

At 6 a.m. on a Saturday, my 15‑year‑old pit/lab mix suddenly began having trouble breathing and standing. I rushed him to AVSG and was immediately met with the kindest, most compassionate, and understanding team. I was faced with an impossible decision as a pet owner, and the staff guided me through every step with genuine care, patience, and grace. During one of the hardest moments of my life, they provided space when I needed it, offered unwavering support, and cared for both me and my dog with extraordinary compassion. I will forever be grateful for the respect, empathy, and comfort they gave us during such a difficult time.

AVSG is a great ER clinic. They have good clinicians who were knowledgeable and to genuinely care about my little dog. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciated the receptionist who took my call and scheduled an appointment for my little dog on the same day. Thank you SVSG!

We were extremely pleased with the service here. All the staff here is so incredibly kind. Our dog Dozer had to stay overnight due to respiratory distress, which ended up being heart failure. They took so well care of our dog, didn’t seem annoyed by our constant calls for updates and let us visit him multiple times. Thank you AVSG for all your help and kindness!

I had to transfer my cat, Belle, to AVSG's Internal Medicine & Urgent Care at 6:00 am after an overnight stay at another emergency pet hospital. Their staff was very professional and quickly checked her in. The staff kept us updated on Belle's medical care. They explained the costs for her care without pressuring us to sign off on every medical test listed on their diagnostic list. I would highly recommend AVSG Internal Medicine & Urgent Care. Dr. Tan was an incredible vet, compassionate, friendly, and professional. Staff was professional, but also friendly.

The time and care the staff gave Oliver was 2nd to none. It's my opinion that the drs and nurses and techs saved his life'. He was scheduled for boas surgery this week and if i had not brought him in to the er there is a huge possibility he would not have made it through his surgery. So so so grateful for the staff and doctor. I’m so sad i didnt catch their names. Brought my baby peach because of a possible UTI around 1AM, and let me just say these two doctor/vets were heaven sent. Genuinely thank you. We are very greatful. Great Vet clinic. They care so much for our pets. These are the type of people you can trust with your animals, and deserve to be veterinarians. So grateful for you lovely ladies.

This place is Amazing. We took our Dog Summer for nasal issues and found out she had diabetes. Dr. Vorathavorn and her team, Shelby, both of the Briana’s and Abby ( sorry if I missed anyone) pretty much everyone at the facility were amazing. They take the time to explain EVERYTHING, answer all of your questions and truly care about your pet. It’s so nice to know that they all take pride in helping the pets and truly love their job and all of the pet’s they are caring for. I would 💯 recommend this place if your pet needs internal medicine care, everyone is awesome 🙏🐶

Way too expensive and a 7 hour wait time I didn't expect and would have never endured had I been told up front. The actual Dr/Vet was kind, caring and compassionate but I don't think all the services quoted were needed as well as 300% more expensive then what I ended up paying the following day at my vet for the same surgery. That is not including the over night stay that was recommended. It would have cost 5X more! My cat was fine over night with me and didn't need to be hospitalized she was not going to die or anything. Dr Wong or Wang was caring and nurturing.
