My rescue has been going to AVSG Internal Medicine & Urgent Care for years and we are beyond thrilled that their services now include emergency services as well! Our animals have seen both Dr. Vorathavorn and Dr. Cieplucha, but we have more recently been working with Dr. Vorathavorn, who has done amazing work with some of our complex, special needs cases. We have worked most closely with veterinary technicians Brianna and Shelby, who have been spectacular with patient care and follow-through. All of the staff at AVSG is highly professional and highly trained, and we have never had any issues! I am very selective in where we take our animals and I highly recommend AVSG!

AVSG is the best place to take your dog if you need emergency 24 hour service. Staff is highly competent and takes immediate action. AVSG is the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for dogs. This is a real 24 emergency care hospital that has veterinarians on duty 24 hours a day. I took my dog here for an emergency poisoning. As soon as I arrived staff took a urine sample to detect the specific chemical poison. The veterinarian connected my dog to a IV catheter and administered the correct medication to treat the poison via the IV catheter. My dog was kept hydrated via the IV catheter during the entire time he was at AVSG. A liquid prescription nutrient was also administered via the IV catheter. My dog was monitored by the veterinarians continuously during his entire overnight stay at AVSG. If your dog or cat needs emergency care you need to go to AVSG. Time is of the essence. Your dog and cat love you. It's your time to show the love!

Dr Vorathavorn and her tech were efficient, friendly, and kind. The costs are high but we have confidence in her diagnoses and health plan for our pet. We dealt directly with Dr. Vorathavorn and her tech. They were terrific. Not waiting in the lobby for an available room and being able to spend time with the doctor asking questions and discussing a plan were invaluable to ease our concerns.

A year ago, our 11-year old best pal got pancreatitis. Luckily, he had Dr. Amy Vail at his side. Dr. Vail was a guiding light through one of the darkest times. Since then, Ruger has been the epitome of health. We decided to go on an international trip and left our furry friend with his "aunt." Of course, as fate would have it, Ruger decided tonight that he wasn't feeling too well. We told our friends to take Ru straight to AVSG. Anywhere that Dr. Vail is, is the only place I would recommend to ANYONE that I loved. Like a true professional, the minute Ruger got to AVSG, Dr. Vail took control. We feel so lucky to know just where to go in these trying times. There is nothing I wouldn't do for my Rugie Boy. If you're contemplating where to send your loved one, I highly recommend AVSG. If they have someone like Dr. Vail, you are in the best hands.

I think you provide an excellent level of care. I appreciate that Dr V and the assistants, Brianna and Rhianna, were professional but also caring and kind both towards me and my dog Juju. I like that all the testing can be done while waiting and that the vet takes time to go over all the results. I am super grateful for my first experience with Dr. Cieplucha at AVSG. My cat is 17 and has stage 3 kidney disease as well as large cell lymphoma, so its extremely important for me to feel comfortable with his doctors as we navigate such a fragile time in his life. She spent so much time getting to know the intricacies of his conditions, and has a genuinely sweet and kind bedside manner- I feel very comfortable trusting her to care for the most important thing in my life. Also, the vet techs were awesome, thanks so much for taking the time to teach me a new way to give my little baby his fluids. Dr Cieplucha is wonderful and Abigail was awesome. I cannot remember the name of the vet tech who taught me how to do the fluids differently but I am so beyond appreciative, THANK YOU! Being so sweet to my little angel boy.

The team at AVSG went above and beyond to help my Corgi in an emergency. We were referred to them by our vet and I was so impressed by how quickly we were seen. They were incredibly thorough, showed great care for my dog, and followed up after to make sure she was doing well at home. 11/10 highly recommend!
