Dr Summers was awesome! And also special thanks to Dr Keeshen (surgeon from VSS) for saving my dogs life! All of the staff were helpful and professional. My dog had GVD and we had a very short time to decide between surgery and euthanasia as it is 100% fatal. Dr Summers was so compassionate and empathetic in explaining our options with no pressure or judgment at all. We ultimately decided to go forward with surgery. While it was an expensive choice, it was worth every penny to give us more time with our sweet Finn. It has been a week since his surgery and he is recovering well! I would absolutely recommend AVSG . 😊

When my dog was having a health crisis, AVSG was able to see us right away. Dr Summers is an amazing critical care vet and so nice. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to help us get the care we needed as quickly as possible while also trying to avoid us paying unnecessary fees. Dr Summers has such a calming presence. While my dog's diagnosis was not good, I really appreciated the way she explained everything and answered all my questions and was so patient with me. Knowledgeable and kind doctors and staff.

AVSG was very helpful and caring for having to unexpectedly put my dog Princess down after 18 years. The fact that we didnt leave with her ashes but received a signed card with her paw and nose prints inside, made my heart smile. Would highly recommend AVSG for all pet needs and care

Just wanted to say this place is amazing. The staff is very caring from the time we walked in, to the time we left. We had to make a sad choice and put our dog princess of over 18 years down about a week and a half ago, today we received a card signed by the staff with our dog's paw prints in the mail. This was so touching. Just want to say thank you again and we appreciate you guys.

Phenomenal service both from our veterinarian and from the front desk/administrative staff. Professional, warm, and caring for our little dog. We're very grateful. Everyone rocks! The level of detail and precision our veterinarian gave our dog was amazing and the front desk’s professionalism, efficiency, and warmth/kindness to our little dog was so comforting. I loved the environment, friendly staff, friendly vet and the way they handled the entire process. Even the small touch like putting the pets name on the door and providing a call button was just the right touch. My cat definitely felt the same way because she caused no problems and was completely relaxed. =) All of them did a great job! =) I will definitely be coming back here if I need something for my cat that my vet cannot do in her office. Or anything urgent for that matter! The empathy and concern they had and not feeling like I was just a number coming in.

Unfortunately my dog ended up with two surgeries for his back knees that had cranial cruciate ligament tear. Name of procedure is called TPLO w/ arthroscopy. It is a very invasive procedure. I recommend going with Dr. Sebastian. He is kind, compassionate, and honest. The first surgery was in 2023 and the second in October 2025. It’s been 2 wks and he is already walking so much better. I’m happy to already know that he will be running again in no time!

I have seen Dr V for other pets and continue to come back. She is wonderful. Both Dr. Vorathavorn and Shelby have always been fantastic and a really great team. I appreciate them both very much! I LOVE not having a wait time more that 10 minutes past my appointment time. It is extremely important as I can not take days of work each time my pets needs care.

I brought my cat in through the ER for an urgent follow-up after labs with our primary vet came back with significantly elevated kidney values. They took him in immediately and completed a same-day abdominal ultrasound and reviewed results with me as soon as the imaging was done. Communication was very good across the whole team - Dr. Tan, Jaelin, Brian, and Ricky were all great in the clinic, and Michelle and Tiffany were super clear and helpful on the phone. Care was timely, and next steps were outlined clearly. Jaelin really took the time to empathize with my family at discharge and was very patient with my grumpy little guy - really helped make me feel like he was in good hands.

Our dog was in heart failure and the team here stepped up to not only help her medically but to make the whole process for us as simple and straightforward as possible. Our physicians went above and beyond in terms of treatment and compassion.
