A year ago, our 11-year old best pal got pancreatitis. Luckily, he had Dr. Amy Vail at his side. Dr. Vail was a guiding light through one of the darkest times. Since then, Ruger has been the epitome of health. We decided to go on an international trip and left our furry friend with his "aunt." Of course, as fate would have it, Ruger decided tonight that he wasn't feeling too well. We told our friends to take Ru straight to AVSG. Anywhere that Dr. Vail is, is the only place I would recommend to ANYONE that I loved. Like a true professional, the minute Ruger got to AVSG, Dr. Vail took control. We feel so lucky to know just where to go in these trying times. There is nothing I wouldn't do for my Rugie Boy. If you're contemplating where to send your loved one, I highly recommend AVSG. If they have someone like Dr. Vail, you are in the best hands.

I think you provide an excellent level of care. I appreciate that Dr V and the assistants, Brianna and Rhianna, were professional but also caring and kind both towards me and my dog Juju. I like that all the testing can be done while waiting and that the vet takes time to go over all the results. Dr. V I appreciated your knowledge and that you took time to both listen to me and explain everything so thoroughly. < br />Brianna and Rhianna, you were both so helpful, patient and kind to both me and Juju, thank you. that they made Juju feel comfortable and they were very caring towards him

I am super grateful for my first experience with Dr. Cieplucha at AVSG. My cat is 17 and has stage 3 kidney disease as well as large cell lymphoma, so its extremely important for me to feel comfortable with his doctors as we navigate such a fragile time in his life. She spent so much time getting to know the intricacies of his conditions, and has a genuinely sweet and kind bedside manner- I feel very comfortable trusting her to care for the most important thing in my life. Also, the vet techs were awesome, thanks so much for taking the time to teach me a new way to give my little baby his fluids. Dr Cieplucha is wonderful and Abigail was awesome. I cannot remember the name of the vet tech who taught me how to do the fluids differently but I am so beyond appreciative, THANK YOU! Being so sweet to my little angel boy.

The team at AVSG went above and beyond to help my Corgi in an emergency. We were referred to them by our vet and I was so impressed by how quickly we were seen. They were incredibly thorough, showed great care for my dog, and followed up after to make sure she was doing well at home. 11/10 highly recommend!

My experience with both the Urgent Care and the Internal Medicine has been great. They were efficient, timely, professional and most of all caring.

I recently had to make a sad choice for my kitty of 17+ years, Atticus. Everyone here made here made it as easy as possible for us and my kitty. I just opened my mail for the first time in a while to find a card signed by what feels like their whole office with their condolences. Along with some keep sakes of Atticus I was not expecting that I will treasure forever. Thank you so much to the whole team, you helped greatly on one of our hardest days.

Highly Recommend!!!! I brought in my Toby (French Bulldog), he was overheating because of the careless groomers. Before I got here I took him to another clinic and was quickly turned away telling me there was nothing they could do to help. As soon as I seen this place, I came here and my Toby’s was rushed into care with no hesitation. If it wasn’t for Dr. Wong and her staff, Toby may not have made it. I will be forever thankful to the AVSG staff for making sure he is okay.

Dr. Vorathavorn is back at AVSG!!! I'm so happy to have Dr. V taking care of my 19 year old cat. I had previously used banfield and went in circle with that vet office. Spending thousands of dollars trying to figure out a diagnosis for my pet. I heard Dr. V was back and she was able to figure out what had been going on with my cat. My cat has not been doing well in the last stages of her life but Dr. V has been there along with her support team (Briana & Shelby) have been extremely responsive and empathetic to the challenges of taking care of an aging cat. She is straight with her diagnosis, recommendations and literally will take the time to explain things out in easy to digest terms. She is a great internist and I strong recommend Dr. V and her team to anyone looking for exemplary care for their pet.

Dr. Wong was excellent. Explained why she was recommending the tests she did, and what our courses of action were once the tests came back. It was a very difficult day, and her compassion helped me immensely.
