My dog had a cancerous lump, mast cell tumor, removed. One year later, the cancer has not come back nor has it spread anywhere else. I had the same procedure done at a primary vet and within a few weeks, a new lump grew. Don't take your dog to have cancer removed at a primary vet. They are not skilled or trained to do it correctly and can make it worse. That's what my research and experience found. We had Dr. Cambridge. He's no seller, or else I would have agreed to the surgery sooner, but who cares, the cancer did not come back. The care they provide for my dog was top notch. My only complaint is the dog run is made out of wood chips, which a piece did get stuck into the foot of my dog and I did not find it until a week later. You would think that the amount of money that I paid for surgery, including everyone else, that they could invest more into a grass dog run.

Caring staff, high quality vet care, extremely efficient, clean facility, goes the extra step in making sure pet is doing well. Everyone was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring! Every single aspect of vet care was the highest quality- from appt scheduling to check-in to tech and vet care and follow up care.

Very good with my Furbaby. Dr. Sebastian and staff were very caring and pleasant! Highly recommend their experience in the matter.

The office is very well run. Very minimal waiting and all the staff really appear to love the pets. I was truly impressed by everyone. From the doctor down, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. There is nothing like dealing with a finely tuned system. Everyone here is great at what they do. All staff appear to be genuinely caring of all the pets. I hope I never have to go back, lol, but if I ever need surgery for my dog, this is the only place I will go. As a side note, all the pet owners we ran into there felt the exact same. Everybody raved about the care of their pets received.

Incredible team at VSS. From the front desk, to vet techs, to the doctors, everyone was so kind and professional. Dr. Walker performed a seemingly complicated TECABO for our 9yo GSD. Though some minor complications arose (like most surgeries), the after care provided was great. There was no hesitation to schedule in my dog for a last minute check up, and I believe she came out better and better each time. Tustin VSS is a first class team and I can confidently say I will return if my doggo needs any additional service.

This is the second time one of my dogs has undergone surgery at VSS and both times the customer service was great, we were able to get updates on our dogs and photos while they were in recovery. Both times the surgeries were well performed and the sutures were in great shape afterwards. Dr. Keeshen was great and so was our vet tech Susan. Also, the ladies that provided us the after hours updates via text were great. They accommodated getting us in quickly to see doctor which resulted in the best outcome for our dog's spinal surgery.

This hospital is the best!! Great doctors and staff!!! Another hospital told me that My Bambi had a suspected ACL and needed surgery. I was so worried and was going to have surgery...The doctor at the VSS hospital told me that it was a normal gait. 🥹 She only informed me of this through consulting! No over-medical treatment!! I highly recommend it. Thank you

This surgery center for dogs and cats and all animals is spectacular. They really care about your dogs or cats. My pup tore her ACL and they did a fantastic job with her. She was not anxious going there. She showed no signs of anxiety. They take really good care of your pets.

Top notch organization, top-notch professional team. Compared VSSOC to different local facilities, and they were absolutely the best. Very cost conscious in their services. No Unnecessary procedures. Responses to phone calls and emails were totally incredible. The staff at the front desk consistently sharp and intelligent. Best staff I have ever experienced.
